Harbeer from HSC /// knives is an overall great guy and is really enjoying his craft. I had emailed Harbeer regarding a question about Kiridashi edge geometry and we started to discuss different items. After hearing about my likes and dislikes in a blade, Harbeer offered me to try out a kitchen slicer that he made previously. Of course, I took him up on the offer being a knife nut and all. Indeed the blade is a slicer and very thin. Thanks again HSC /// for sharing your art and being a great member to bladeforums.com; Check out his work~!
