Nothing bad to say. They were willing to answer any questions I had and help in assisting with the decision. Very knowledgeable and shipping was quick and easy. I had requested certain things for the knife and I let ocd and nitpicking get the best of me and I exchanged the knife. Was no problem at. They sent me video and pictures of the replacement knife before it shipped. Very responsive on email and telephone. Have bought to Crk knives from them and plan on more. Rewards program is also great.
