Good knife making/ all around drill press for under $150

looking for a good drill press that I can you for drilling thick steel and wood.
I also want to attach some sanding drums and buffing wheels to it.
I want to buy it new.

Attaching sanding drums to a drill press will kill it fast. Don't ask me how I know this.:o Go Take a peak at Grizzly tool's site.
