I'm going to Europe for one of those whirlwind 7 cities in 10 day cruises. Can anyone recommend any good knife stores in the following cities?

Cophenhagen
Oslo
Amsterdam
Zeebrugen
Bremerhaven
Paris

I will just miss the Paris knife show.
