A LM Charge AL and ALX or a TTi. The main blade (154cm on the AL and ALX, S30V on the TTi) and serrated blade (gut hook on ALX and TTi) are OHO and liner lock. The file and saw open from outside and are liner lock.
AL has large and small bit drivers, scissors, a medium straight, and a can opener. ALX trades the scissors and straight for one large bit driver. I believe TTI has the same inside tool load-out as the ALX but i don't remember.
The knife is smallish but a great clip point shape, can be made stupid sharp (love 154cm) and falls readily to hand with the pocket clip in place for right pocket carry. I carried a Charge ALX every day right front pocket with no other knife for work, lost it, got a Charge AL which I like better.
The TTi is pretty expensive though, a little less than that Emerson, but more than 150. AL and ALX have alum handles, TTi has Titanium handles. And of course they have great pliers.
