Good large-medium size fixed blade?

Go with one of my favorite makers, ML knives by Matt Lesniewski, take a look at his web site, the hunters have been lately catching my eyes or his Kepharts.

A very nice choice around $300, is the Fällkniven NL5 Idun!

There is enough steel in this knife to last a lifetime of hard use!

Haha, I wish that was all there was to it! Also, you're stuck in Africa. It's a little hot there.
