First time ordering from New Graham Knives and Michael Dye.
Great experience. Received automated email from webstore within 5 minutes of order with my confirmation. Received another email from customer service a little later confirming my order by a real person and thanking me for my business. Received another email that day from customer service again that they had shipped my knife with tracking info.
Received knife today with excellent packaging and fast shipping. Top notch experience and will definitely order from again.

Thanks for posting this. I've purchased from New Graham a handful of times and I always had a great experience. They have a pretty good selection too.

I don't why but for some reason I had forgotten about them. Thank you for the reminder.
 
Bluefield is *almost* my home town (I'm from Princeton), so NGK is my hometown dealer. I'll buy from them first, if they have what I want. I've also visited quite a few times. Their storefront is always a great place to get lost for a few hours and the staff have always been helpful about pulling out anything you want to see and handle.

While you're there, go next door to New Graham Pharmacy and have a hamburger or hot dog cooked right in front of you on their soda fountain grill... just like it was many years ago.
