This isn’t knife relates, but that Tele plugged into a Marshall run flat turned up a bit sounds like this:

Dang, you're famous!!!!!!!! Nice sounding gitfiddle. A blackguard Tele though a 50 watt Metropolous plexi and a 1960 with the Heritage greenbacks will damn near sterilize you from halfway across the house. My ears and testicles can attest to that. That setup would do a dead on Joe Walsh James Gang Rides Again impersonation. Do you post on TDPRI?

I looked it up this morning. I’ve got three more teles on the workbench. One in solid zebrano, a mahogany one with 24.75” scale length, with p-90s, and a hollow body. I might post them over there as I get them done.

It is a cool forum and not just for Teles. A while back a luthier from Israel, Gil Yaron, did a WIP of an exact copy of a specific 59 Les Paul standard right down to the materials and the weird old scale spacing. Built the pickups even. Lots of old timers with very expensive toys and tastes frequent that place

I apologize as I do see how old the thread is. But I’m new here. But have been active in TDPRI for a while now. Was wondering if anyone here posts to both lol
