Awesome customer service from spyderco. Damaged my spyderco bushcraft fixed blade. They sent me a brand new knife. I've never sent a knife back to a manufacturer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Wow new knife new box new sheath plus an apology letter. Dear Mr. O'Hearon we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. What a great company! Just thought I'd share.
