So I used a pulaski at boy scout camp two days ago and now I really want one. Can anyone tell me about good pulaskis. Thanks.

Thanks. I will probably look around for a true temperCouncil is your best bet for a new one. You can still find some decent True Tempers on ebay. Just watch out for severely worn toes.
Council's twisted-hoe pulaskis aren't as sturdy as the ones forged without the twist.
The rule with pulaskis is never pry to the side if a bit is stuck. Pulaskis have a narrower eye than a standard double bit axe, 5/8" instaed of 3/4". The lets them snap below the eye very easily.
