Good Rating ??

How do I give somebody a good transaction feedback on their profile??
That I seem to have trouble figuring that one out, Would like to make sure they get the positive feedback.
Any know the easiest way, I like easy

Click their username. Click View Public Profile. Click View all Feedbacks on the iTrader tab. Click Submit Feedback.
