I'd just like to say a public "thank you" to Jim Howe for excellent customer service.

It took 8 email exchanges and, I don't doubt, some personal inconvenience but Jim delivered on his word and in double-quick time.

I have no vested interest in the business but I felt this level of service deserved recognition.

Just a heads up, hit the small triangle in the original post's lower left hand corner and let us know (someone did :)) and I'll move it (like I did! :))

To the original poster: we use FEEDBACK / GBU for comments on deals with other members, and with dealers. That leaves the General Knife Discussion free for discussing the knives themselves.
