After a brief search, I see there are already a few threads on here related to TKC, but I wanted to go ahead and throw in my 2 cents.
I'm heading out on backpacking trip this weekend and, at the last minute, decided I wanted to buy a new fixed blade for the trip. I saw a few threads referencing TKC as a good place to buy ESEE knives, so I headed over to their site to see what was available. I was of course hoping to get the knife by this Friday in time for the trip, so I tried giving them a call (two hours after the closing time posted on their site). Despite the timing, Dale answered the phone and walked me through the ordering process. He was very helpful and assured me that the knife would ship out tomorrow and should get to me by the end of the week with no trouble (OH to PA).
As others have noted, TKC seems to have fantastic customer service. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future. :thumbup:
