Good thermometer

I understand that kitchen oven thermometers are not very accurate. What type is best for me to check out the temps in my oven? Any recommendations of a type or a brand name?

check out mscdirect.com....they have an oven thermometer for around $25...professional/industrial grade - beats the heck out of kitchen thermometer types...
