I have recently made a big money deal with Jack Alvarez aka Jaxurman, there was a lot of trust involved, and there aren't a lot of people who are as trustworthy as he is. Any other person would have tried to take advantage of a guy who is knew this stuff. This guy is a good guy, I just thought he should get a nod for it. Thanks again, Jack.
