Good titanium framelocks?

I've noticed there's a recent campaign on the forums to try to spread lies and hear-say about Sebenzas having blade play.

Let me just say: LMAO. Give me a break!

In a world of production knives where many locks of all types usually have a bit of play, that one company that is consistently rock solid and has years of reputation and awards for being so, and you clowns are trying to say you have a bunch of sebenzas with blade play with no photos or videos, whatsoever?

Right. I'd love to see these piles of Sebenzas with "lock rock" and "blade play". It would be nice to have something to contrast the 20+ sebenzas I've owned or handled that were as solid as a folder can be.

Wow...
One person on this thread says their 11yr old knife develops a tiny bit of play and you go off and insult everyone?
I know brand loyalty is a strong thing but , geez, take it easy.

He's not talking about that post. And mine wasn't play, but a slighty sticky lock that was made perfect, and came back looking like brand new.

Most of us know what he's referring to. Its not all in this thread.

Since I quit drinking I am always late to the party, if I show up at all.

Found the thread fellas!
I won't hammer the OP any but I will offer an apology to the person whose thread I originally quoted.

Anyone have issues with an xm-18s lockup? I'm sick of ti framelocks that develope bladeplay in two weeks. Striders especially, I've even had issues with their new lockup. I think I'm gonna have to invest in a carbidizer.

Go with chris reeve or Hinderer.

I've never had issues with either and have owned 5 Hinderers and 4 Chris Reeves.

Striders are so inconsistent. I've owned 6 striders and 5 of them had vertical play right as I got them or after a week or light use.

I would have to echo the Sebenza and ZT0300 recommendation. Having owned both, that is the first thing that comes to mind - solid, solid lock-up.

Buy this man a drink!

Been looking at a dua, looks like a goodbang for the buck. Same with the southard flipper. Think I'm going to order an XM from Mr Hinderer first though.

Only ever had 2. ZT0550 and 0301. Sold the 0301 because of the AO (hell of a knife but I don't care for AO). 0550 isn't going anywhere. Saving up for another Ti framelock (either a CRK or a Strider. Haven't decided.)

Before you say I contradicted myself, how about you BOLD the whole thing?

Like the part where I said the lock was wearing in and:
now it's pretty much a non-issue

So yes, it had some lock rock, but the more the lock wore in, the less this became, now it's pretty much a non-issue.
