Made it out to a gun and knife show in my area this weekend and after sorting through all the tables of cheaply made and overpriced pakastani and chinese "stainless" crap I came across the booth for Blind Horse Knives. The guys were very friendly and proffesional and they make some absolutely beautiful knives. I picked up a frontier valley with a flat grind. This is my first knife made out of O1 and from what I can see it takes a scary sharp edge but I'm wondering how corrosion resistant is it. Anyone have experience with this steel? How does it stack up against something like D2?

Its a carbon steel, that will rust if you don't wipe it down and oil it after use. I don't personally have one, but the Blind Horse blades have always been something of a back burner desire.
