I jumped the gun on their exclusive Cormorant that I have been waiting forever and in my haste, typed the wrong expedition address (I live in France).

I wrote a message asking to change my shipping address but also upgrade my shipping method through DHL.

Justin from White Mountain Knives almost immediately answered that the address was changed, my shipment upgraded and my order shipped, all within 20mn !

So kudos to them for their triple A support and lighting fast shipment, coming from an overseas new customer.
 
Justin is the owner btw. Definitely no problems from them here either, and they're almost always the best deal on anything MAP
 
I have made over 50 purchases from White Mountain in the last 3 years and never a problem. Timely shipping and usually the best price.
 
there good people over there , in the the past I ordered lost of knifes from them and never any problems.
 
Here here....the guy is unbelievable in terms of price and customer service. One of my go-to knife shops.
