The man deserves a big :thumbup: , I ordered some wood from him Thursday and he was not going to be able to ship until Monday because he and his girlfriend had planned a weekend off .

Well my :thumbup:is because he called me at home to explain why the ship day was going to be late . Talk about business ethnics and customer concern .
