O.K. Here is the deal.Our brother Goose has been fealing bad for a while now.
He is going in on the 21th for a heart sharker thingie. So please think about him when you talk to the Man up stairs. He is doing better than he was a month ago but still need our prayers and smoke as you say.So please ask the Man up staires to watch over him when he goes in for his thing on the 21st.
We need him to stick around for a long time.;)

Yes indeed, I have missed Goose's witicisms here for some time now and hope that all goes well and that he returns ASAP. I assume someone (Hawkeye??) that's in contact with him will keep us updated.

Yep, I do my double bypass thingy on January 6....You get thru your's in good shape and I will too.... Say, let's treat ourselves to a really nice Buck to help out our recovery.........

and when they put the stint in
it can feel like a breath of fresh air!
 
The really cool part is your out of it and really don't feel much...The stent thing IS great if they can do it.In my case it[blockage]was in a bad spot...Get ready for it like your going on a out of state hunt,be well rested,spend 100.00 in a good health food store on supplements [I like Natures Plus brand] I managed to quit smoking after 44 years of puffing to get ready for my operation....I'm making a little gift of a few Buck knives to my team at the VA..Yep, I want them to try harder! Or at least be a little neater with the incision ....
