Gossman Knives picture thread

I am curious about that Polaris in 3V and brown micarta. Scott made me one of them years ago and I foolishly sold it off and have not been able to track it down. Wonder of this was mine originally?

This one might be the one you sold ? I believe this was made after 2018 with the USA added to logo. I’m not 100% , I think this may have been from a late 2021 or early 2022 drop ? I got a red firehose micarta version from the same sale ( long gone ). The handle on the recent Polaris models seem much fuller than the ones made prior to 2018.. I kind of like the older, slimmer handles a little more.

I picked this one up from the blanket on BCUSA , maybe around 4-6 months ago ?

Ah.............good info. Mine was an earlier version, pre-Gossman USA logo!

Thanks!

That sharpening steel is definitely underrated. That thing sharpens, pry’s, scrapes and requires almost zero maintenance. I was skeptical at first.. great tool
I use it for opening beer cans and filing my nails as well.... Haha. 🤪 mostly Beers
