Hello All, I got this 119, 2 liner in the mail yesterday from my girl friend that lives in Missouri... She knows that I collect Buck knives and a few others... Anyway I asked her if she goes out to any flea markets, pawn shops, estate sales or yard sales, if she would keep an eye out for knives for me... I think I have to teach her just a little more about knives... It was very nice and sweet of her to buy this one for me... It will go to see Leroy for a make over... I just wanted to share it with everyone before it goes for its make over... I can't wait to show it to her, after I being it back from Leroy's... It wont look new, but it will look very nice, I hope... Thanks... ITE

The flap is gone from the sheath. I hope the price was right and if Leroy can make something out of it, he's good. Can't wait to see the the final pictures.

Ha, Its the girl friend training I'm impressed with.
Try to remember what Leroy surmises happened to the metal on the finger guard and pommel. As I have a 3line 119 that has metal which looks just like this knife's on those
locations and I was wondering. Thanks DM

Here's a pic of a 119 that was just as bad or almost, that he did a make over on... And a pic when he got done... He is good... ...

Leroy does work wonders....I've sent him a few chunks of coal:eek:...and gotten back diamonds;)

itstooearly, that is amazing. Both knives look great.

Thanks edbeau, they did come out really nice... They look alot better in your hand even... I sure hope this new old 119 comes out just as nice too... I'll try to post some pics in about two weeks or so...

What is it about the 119 that people want to beat the crap out of them? I got a 119 on ebay without a sheath that someone hammered on the back of. And took give it a real kick it looked like they took the edge to a bench grinder...

Interesting sheath. The flap looks a little big for the handle. Any markings on the sheath or is it hand made? A guy at work said the 119 is a great throwing knife and I hate to see one after that.

I look forward to seeing how it looks when it's cleaned up.

Sithus1966, I'll post some pics of it as soon as I can get over to Leroy and have him clean it up... I'm waiting on my new Granddaughter to be born... ... She is do any time now... Well on 27th that is...

Thanks,
ITE
