Got a couple back

I sent a couple knives to richard j to see how his paper wheels worked. I am impressed. These knives came back hair popping sharp and slice hanging paper like a dream. I have thought about trying a set of the paper wheel and now I think I have to try them. Of course It will take me a while to get as good with them as he is. Richard is good about sharing what he knows and helping a guy learn.

Richard is a great guy. I bought a set of those wheels and he was more than willing to talk me through how to use them on the phone.

I still haven't mastered sharpening with them, but I"m getting better. I can sharpen my kitchen knives perfectly, but I need to get my angles down pat better.

:thumbup::thumbup: Richard is very helpful and very willing to share his knowledge. I talked with him on the phone a few weeks ago about the paper wheels, I too have been thinking about giving them a go.
