Got a leek finally

I picked one up when I first started learning how to free hand sharpen. You have to be very careful with aggressive stones as the Leek has a tendency to recurve the blade if you are not paying attention due to how thin the blade is.

It's a good knife for its size. I have an all black dlc leek with sandvik blade. I carried it for a while and used it a lot. Held up very well. It has been replaced by newer knives in my rotation but I still take it out once in a while.

Before you leave your house, don't forget to take a Leek.

:D

The Leek is a nice little slicer for light use. It is not a hard use knife by any means. I have bought my wife two over the last few years, a black and silver one. She does electrical work and she broke the blade on both of them trying to use them harder than the knife can handle. One of them was salvageable, the other was not.

Its a great little knife when you need something sleek and light to carry discreetly. It intended to be a good slicer and not much else.
