It is discontinued, and it is not especially collectible, so the only info that is available is locked in the minds of those who have one, or want one.

when they were made, did t/c sell them or were they offered with a gun, how much did they sell for, specifications ect

First time I've seen one and I like it!
 
I know when I was looking for images of this knife, I found good images hard to find.
