Not much to tell, I'm very new to kitchen knives. Only things I have to slice right now are a bell pepper and maybe some slabs of chicken, lol.
 
Oh man Kitchen knives are addicting I have far to many but hand forged Japanese blades are the best. Make sure you or someone you know can sharpen them properly.
