Got a new Farmer

Sorry that I didn't use the report post button, Esav. Given the direction of the thread, I had previously thought it was a good time and place to have an open and honest discussion with all parties, but I agree that the thread got off topic from the very beginning.

When I got my first red Farmer I was pretty excited about it too. Here's a photo that I took the very day that I got it. The Farmer is on the washing machine (or maybe it was the dryer) since it was already dark outside when I got home and the best lighting that I could find was in the laundry room!

It was also my first Farmer (of any color) and I was astonished that it only cost around $14.99 shipped. I'm sure that I wasn't the only one that bought a lot of the red ones back then..., which might partially explain the popularity of the Farmer in the poll. The silver ones seemed expensive by comparison and I still don't have one (will check the dealer posts in the Exchange forum later!) though I have several other models in silver.

I love the Farmer but I more often carry the discontinued alox Soldier... so I guess you could call me "sentimental".
 
I understand your situation supratentorial... i was in the exact situation... an airgun dealer use my airguns pictures without permision for their adverstising... and claim the picture as theirs... it really make me feel bitter...

the obvious reasons is becouse your pictures are excellent...

i love my farmers... (got 9 of them)... i really admire the building quality and it really comfortable to use.... but to be honet, i still prefer to pocket a soldier alox ocassionaly,,, there's something different about the alox soldier...

victorinox really doing a good job on the alox series!
 
I too love the alox series, but wished they were more widely available, especially in different colors. Here in the Netherlands it's very hard to find those colored alox models.
 
I wish I could find a red alox Farmer model. I am only able to find silver ones available.

My old one was red.
 
I'm going to look for a colored Alox Vic today.We have a Vic dealer in town.Since it's almost Christmas,the selection should be vast!Might get more than one.:p:D

I would say you have just about got them all. What are the two blacks? One from each of the two swissbianco runs? I have one from the 2nd run with their logo on the blade. You need to pick up a firesteel farmer.
 
There are just one black farmer at the picture, the other one is the green farmer.
These are all collors there are made.
The black one is not with swissbianco one it.
