Got a question for ya'll.....

Now, there's a fat bottomed girl.

Moose

Looks like it belongs in one of those kung fu movies with the chinese axe gangs

Moose-when u get done whittlin that stick into a nice sharp point...poke yourself in the eye with it for me! ;)

Those are neat looking protos of knives that will never see the light of day.

This...^

There has to be some extra saber grinds I can beg/borrow/steal (pay?) for??? My excitement for the 16 has diminished....:whiney complainer sad face: :-)

And for the micarta

Al Bundy said it best " Its not the dress that makes you look fat...it's the fat that makes you look fat"

THAT 16 is perfect Moose.

What is it about the saber grind that y'all seem to like better? Is it just aesthetics?

I'm asking this in seriousness, not to be snide.

Just a little Junk in the Trunk. A little Wide in the Side. Becker Got Back.

"No Baby...cricket, cricket.....You don't look fat in that, just Curvy"

I would have to go with the aesthetics, because, IMO, FFG will cut better. And others agree. I think the Saber Grind adds strength to the blade, but I was recently informed, that the blade stength comes from the spine area, as far as lateral force is concerned.

I don't know for sure, but I do like the way it looks.

As soon as the FFG ones are available, I'm getting one. And I'll compare the two, but I know which one is going to cut better.

Moose

Fat not a chance Phat on the the other hand lol. That's one fine looking knife moose!

If it fits your hand - who cares ? Although, I never cared much for the psuedo-camo colors for a user knife. I've always thought I'd lose it out in the boonies. (IMHO)

Thanks Moose, that's kinda what I thought it might be. I'll admit, the extra lines on a saber grind give it a good look.

BUT, Beckers are all about performance, imo.

hey, thanks AGAIN for posting pics of unobtanium again...... and again

but as the cure for my sorrows is more beer, you did give me the idea for my first mod to one of these as soon as it arrives.

did anyone else see the possibility here?
