Lets say, by some act of God, my straight handle Battle Mistress has a catostophic failure, (blade breaks), would Busse Combat replace it with a straight handle Battle Mistress? Or would you replace it with an "E" model?

If a discontinued model was to fail, the policy of Busse Combat is to replace it with a current model knife. Sorry, but for some reason the stock of discontinued replacement knives we keep at the shop has dissappeared

The replacement would be based on original list price or equivalent current model knife.
