Got a mirror-polished, hair-popping convex edge on your Busse? Let's see 'em at work! And give full credit to the talent behind the edge, either yourself or someone else!

Not on a busse but on a bark river sharpest knife I own and easiest to sharpen

It holds that edge well also, just got to strop and good as new.

This one moved on to another home, but not before I gave it a screaming convex edge.
