If you can get a Holdout 2 (4 inch blade), and a Code 4 both with xhp steel, i d get both.
They wii be fine user knives and also fine for edc.

Probably the same thing. The Hold Out II is considered the Large size and the Hold Out I is XL. I'd recommend one if you can still pick one up. Great thin lightweight knife with a useful blade shape. I'm not sure why it wasn't more popular.

I just ordered a Code 4 clip point in XHP, from the last place in Canada that had one lol. :cool::thumbsup: I kinda wanted a spear point but they only had the serrated one left. What got me is I finally watched a few vids, and the Code 4 just makes the beautiful click sound when opening and closing which sealed the deal.

Good choice. Enjoy it.
I put a strip of grip tape on each side of mine to improve the grip on the slightly slippery handles.
