I enjoy working on 4 to 6 knives at a time but I did manage to glue up 20 knives this weekend withought going too nuts :thumbup:

The prep work is where all the time is at :)

That's amazing. I have a hard time glueing up one in a weekend. I guess that is where experience comes in.
 
No fans :) just grin and bear it I guess :) I was just glad I got em done :)

I used to work in a high smell oriented shop so the glue up fumes seems low key sort of. I do wear my mask when heat treating a lot of blades because that puts off a lot in my small shop fast.

Once the prep work is done, the glueups go pretty quick. I usually do groups of 6 also. What sucks is when you forget a step in the prep. Like rough sanding corby bolts or something stupid.
