I have a large BG42 Sebenza, a small Classic S30V reground by Tom Krein and a a small Insingo29-50. The Insingo cuts and slices nearly as good as the Krein reground Sebebza. The Insingo has a better /more efficent ground blade than the standard Sebenza. Knifeart said it was a good slicer in there promo. I love the Insingo.
WOW! Now I know what all the fuss is about. I just have nothing but great things to say about this knife. Pics dont do it justice. Reviews don't do it justice. Only feeling it in the hand can really convey how awesome this knife is. I may put some other knives up for sale at this point because this one will not be leaving my pocket anytime soon.
I chose the small sebenza because I love my benchmade mini-grip 556 w/ m390 as my main EDC knife, and the small sebenza is pretty much the exact same size. Perfect four finger grip, and a wonderfully rounded/comfortable spine for choking up and pushing on with the thumb or index finger.
I wish the clip inserts were cheaper though. This clip has got to go and Im not sure I like the looks so much with the empty clip recess. Also, this is such a well thought out lanyard. This is the first knife where the lanyard will actually come in handy for fishing it out of my pocket because of the small (but absolutely perfect) size of the knife.
The real question is, do I 'antique' the finish now, or wait for pocket wear over the years to do the job for me?
