Well I just won an old Wrangler for $19. Been wanting to see one of these in person for some time. It doesnt matter to me that its not in great condition. I just like the oldies.
The 307 is a grand pattern as far as I'm concerned and I never quite understood why Buck is not interested in reintroducing it. Be sure and post up some pics when you get time.
WOW!!!!!!! I just opened it. I will take some pictures after lunch. This is a sweet knife. Buck should remake it. I would think it would be a seller but then again I could be wrong. I know Case makes a knife this size (model 75) and it seems to be a knife that gets alot of attention. I really like this thing.Blades snap tight. If I decide to carry it i think there is lots of life in this one. As a matter of fact ts in my pocket right now.
Congrats Ky
I've got one with the main blade worn down lots more than yours is...that one has many years of life left. They are a real workhorse for sure. I carry mine in my back pocket...
Just a little bit of surface rust. I hadnt cleaned it up yet. I was too excited. Just took some pictures. As far as spa treatment???? What is this and how much does it cost?
send it back to buck, request buff out and sharpen. Send a check for $6.95 and they will ship it back to you in pristine condition. I never hurts to send it care of Joe Houser, moderator of this forum, director of customer service and warranty at Buck and liason to the BCCI. Send a note that you are a forum member and would like it shined up. They do great work for almost nothing.
