well after getting my first knife from bryan, a few weeks ago, i liked it so much, i already scored another...
i'm sure i'll order another one soon after this one...
it's a never ending struggle...
i had him make me another "HAMILTON BUSHCRAFTER", but this time out of 1/8 thick O-1 instead of 3/32... this one also has bryans cool green canvas micarta scales instead of the natural micarta, both have white liners... the handle fits my (medium sized) hands just perfectly... the scales are a bit thicker on this one too..
it's amazing how much of a difference the thickness makes... not only in weight, but in feel.. this one definately has a nice solid feeling to it.. it's going to make a great user, just like the other..
the edge is crazy sharp... i made a bunch of fuzz sticks and it shaved through the wood with the greatest of ease..
here's my other breeden.. 3/32 "hamilton bushcrfater"..
sheath pic.. bryan's leather work is bomber...
here's a side by side shot, with my other "HAMILTON BUSHCRAFTER".. you can see a few slight differences between the 2... they're both great knives.. i like the fact that they're not both exactly the same...
and a spine shot... 3/32 O-1 on the left and 1/8 O-1 on the right...
many thanks once again bryan.. keep up the great work man...
cheers... mike
