I sent out a sample of my HT'g relish to docdredd and here is his response. HEHEHEHEHEHE!!!

what the hell did you put in that the zip lock leaked a bit so the post office put it in a biohazerd bag.now im being investigated for bioterrorism. i made one hell of a mistake. i love spicey food so i thought how bad could it be so i took a whole spoonful that stuff rocks my throat is closing off and my tounge is swollen but i want more! find out what it costs to ship a jar here and i will cut you a check. wow a little dab will do ya hugh? glad the wifey made a new pitcher of tea or ide be in trouble!'

as soon as i opened the mail box i could smell it:D the scent is deceptive almost like good barbecue, i put just a bit in some cheese dip last night and a dash in my eggs this morning. it really gives just about any food a real kick. and as long as you don't go over board imparts a nice flavor to the food while making it spicy at the same time. although i must say it can be a tad hard on the ole o-ring. i did fudge up really bad though, after handling it i just rinsed off my hands and didn't use an oil removing soap. well long story short i itched my eye and am now paying for it:D thanks IG for the sample make sure you add me to your shipping list when your next batch comes out!
