Got any scars?

Got alot of cuts, but only one knife scar on my right hand when someone I knew stabbed me out in front of a bar in New haven, Ct.
many years ago. He's damn lucky I didn't blast him with the Stoeger
Luger .22lr I was carrying at the time.

Advise : Stay outta them bars! ;)

well the ones that show are, one of my fingers on my right hand is a little shorter. And I have a 1/2" stab wound scar on my left leg (thigh).


all times Ive ever cut myself?? mmmmmmmmmm...dont know? not sure I want too!!!!:eek:
 
Take up whittling. I average about two or three new scars a year since I took it up. That does not count all the little nicks here and there. When it comes to whittling, the question is not if you will get cut; it is how often and how badly.
 
hey bobwhite!! thats why case makes a small bandage holder!!!...lol!!!!

i have two, but never seem to have them around when I need them, and my wife made fun of me and said when they made it they must of though of me!!!
 
You know I'm ashamed of my self, now I can see how much the pain killers clouded my perceptions. I missed the most obvious reply to the subject line.

most obvious scar - the ones on my left forearm. Some guy I'd never seen before attacked me out the front of my house. The only thing that saved me was the fact I know what a liner locker sounded like when opened fast. Covered up and copped 4 cuts to my forearm before I even knew what was going on. He was going for the neck height slashes (#1 cut in Filipino nomenclature. Smacked him a couple fo good ones. Took him down and managed to disarm him. He managed to snatch his knife back from me by grabbing it out of my hand by the blade ! We were both pretty well bloodied and he managed to run off. A few stitches and I still have very obvious scars to show.

Other scars - less dramatic causes.

One on my right inside forearm from someone demosntrating a "gunting" manouevre with a Gerber rubber knife. Ripped open my forearm with the rubber guard.

Left inside forearm - leaned across my grinder only to realise I hadn;t turned it off yet. Chunks of stuff went everywhere.

Left side abdomen. fell against a blade I was hand finishing. Copped a 3inch deep wound but no internal damage. Fat does have its purposes !!

Lots of others, but enough...
 
So far the only one that still shows is the rather large scar on my right index finger from my ultra-sharp Kershaw Blackout slipping in my hand and damn near wacking my finger off...
I miss feeling the trigger on my firearms... :(
