The other day I scored what was advertised as a 440a version of the Kershaw Blur but when I received the knife it turned out to be a brand new 14c sandvic blade for a whopping $21.75 total!

Now on to the deal I got today...I won an auction for what I thought was a Kershaw Chill. The seller was a pawn shop but I didn't think anything about it. The description:

KERSHAW 3410 THE CHILL PLAIN BLADE

KNIFE ONLY -NO BOX

KNIFE IS NEW NEVER USED OR SHARPENED

Overall Length (inches):7.01
Blade Length (inches):3.13
Blade Material:8CR13MoV
Blade Detail:Plain
Handle Material:G-10
Lock Style:Liner Lock
Carry System:Pocket Clip

Note: Stock Photo

I received the package today.....and it was a knife with no box but it wasn't a Kershaw Chill at all. It was a Kershaw Skyline... I paid $14 for a Skyline. If I'm lying I'm dying. Lets just say I'm not complaining. Shows you can still get awesome deals you just have to find knife ignorant(I don't mean that as an insult)sellers. I assume what happened is the seller looked on Kershaw's website and picked out one he thought looked like the knife he had in his hand or I was shipped the wrong knife but its mine now!

Skylines are like 30 bucks at Mal Wart but nice score on the Blur. $60 value for just over $20, not too shabby

Lol, the responsible thing to do is take it back and tell them the truth....

Im not saying i would ;) hahaha =p

nice

Very nice! A lot of my knives are deals from ebay. It helps to look for non stock photos and vague descriptions. If you can ID the blade when 90% others can't, you can usually get it at below market price. I scored a new cpm440v kershaw boa for $50 that way.

And sgt244, looks like you got that sebenza. ;)
