Dont know but i really feel that my 0561 is kind of tighter than my 0560, are this about the QC issue or something?

My 0561 serial was 0041

My 0560 serial was 0721
 
I hadn't really paid much attention to the 0560/1 compared to others, nor was it high on my list at the moment. But I must say I like the new clip style compared to my 0301's.
 
I got my email the other day, & I will paying for my 0560 on Friday! I'm pumped, can't wait to get it in my mitts!
 
This knife was definitely worth the wait. You guys will LOVE it.
 
The pivots adjust quite a bit without any side to side coming into "play" - give it a try by loosening the pivot a bit to see if that helps - it did on one of mine. If you mean the flipping action that is . . . ;)
