Got my 55 back

I’m thinking this is g10. If you zoom in at the front of the scale. First cut, you can see th g10 grain. Really nice knife!! And great photo.

Thanks, bullpin..Yes, I think you're correct...previous owner stated G-10..Paper might be wishful thinking on my part..I couldn't be happier w/ the knife.

I agree. I forget that some of the photos you can zoom in for greater detail - I did this on both photos, and you can see the "white dots" I spoke of earlier. It's a cool looking knife - I have a Waki with a black blade and black G-10 grips, and it's one of my favorites!

Very cool score. The HG55 if is great all around blade in a decent sized package with one of the most functional "between the choil" talon hole sizes ever offered. Congratulations!
