got my 560!! and!.......it rocks!

got my 560 today! love it even if mine isnt "perfect" (slight off center blade, kind of a weak detent and a slightly sticky lock) detent isnt a big deal, sticky lock i fixed with a pencil and the off center blade i dont care much about but wouldnt mind knowing how to fix it? otherwise i love it! pics to come :cool: :D
 
See if tightening the pivot brings the blade into line - my exprerence is there is quite a bit of adjustment to be had with the KVT pivot before the action is affected i a bad way - more so than non-KVT anyway ;) You may even gain some detent by tightening the pivot to bring the blade more toward center. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but it's easy to find out!

The 560/561 knives are very nice. Congratulations!

tightening makes it go to the Ti side too much which is the problem sadly. other wise wonderful knife :D
 
Glad you received it enjoy. The detent was stronger on that one than on the one I kept. The one I have you can open with the thumb studs.;)

after playing with it all day i can use the studs too! :D love the knife alot, thank you for giving me the chance to get one finally :D
 
btw if i ever have to send this in for warranty will i be covered even though i'm the second owner of the knife?
