Got my BK2 today...now I get it.

So, I'm not sure I did it on purpose, but I think that my edge is starting to convex. It's probably because I'm a rookie, but it was the first time I tried sharpening so I think the edge is starting to convex. Should I try to keep it to a nice edge? Or just let my rookie hand continue convexing it on the stone?

Maybe it's not that it's becoming convexed. It seems like the edge is finer around the curve and more blunt on the straight part. Probably just my stone technique.
