I met A.T. Barr at a local knife show one time. I got to handle some of his folders, and he talked to me alot about grinders and things. He advised me against the Grizzly (my initial choice of grinders) as it was too fast. He said: "Speed kills.... Kills your knives, and can kill you." Really nice guy who took the time to talk to me about the trade. I live in Lexington, which is pretty much a stones throw from Nicholasville. Pass through there quite a bit. I may call him. :thumbup:
Anyway, I dont have a shop or garage or anything like that, so I was maybe thinking about getting/making a stand of some kind, and working from my back porch. I'll figure something out.
