Ok so my Cuda Maxx 5.5 Bowie came today from New Graham.

Basically its just a blade with two slabs of Ti thrown on it...

AND IT FRICKING ROCKS!!!!! My god this thing is a frickin' sword. This is going to be my new EDC (sorry AFCK) until my Sebenza comes.

Ok now that I'm back to being a rational human being, I'd like to make a few observations.

The build quality is great. The color of the Ti handles are blue around the edges and kind of a rainbow hue in the center. The lock is smooth upon opening and tough when closing (which I dont mind).

I usually carry a BM 806D2 AFCK as my EDC. The Maxx is actually ALOT more comfortable to carry.

You can see the famous tooling marks on the flippers, but it doesn't bother me.

Overall this has a lot of bang for the buck!

Now I want to find a pouch to carry it.

This is one great knife! I don't carry it, though, but I use it every day. I keep it on my kitchen table. It's my primary slice-and-dice and carving knife. I can push cut a roll or bagel into three or four thin slices instead of two.

Clipped to a back pocket, it's easy to pull up and open by the flippers.

I am really looking forward to ... The Aftermath !!! :D
