I finally got my first Spyderco last week @ the Bladeshow and while I was at it, picked up a Sharpmaker.
First let me say that the show was a blast(my first one). It was a pleasure to meet all the folks at the Spyderco booth. Everybody I met was super hospitable. I decided on a Delica 4 Wave, I have had it on my side everyday since then and have not injured myself or anybody else learning to use the Wave feature. I have already picked two more Spydies to buy. And last, the Sharpmaker is great. I watched the video and after a few knives, got the hang of it. I amazed myself
I didn't think I could get a knife that sharp without clamps, rods and oil.
