This question is so subjective. It really depends on what your personal needs are and what you are used to carrying.
I've got big mitts and I need a large knife - I just do not feel comfortable with a smaller knife that does not clear the palm. I also take comfort in weight - even though a much lighter knife may be strong I still feel much better with a heavier knife. It's a mental thing.
I also tend to use my knives hard - around my property, doing woodworking, etc. I need to know that I will not bend or break easily.
If you are in an urban environment, never do more than cut food , open packages and open envelopes - then the ZT line is WAY overkill.
If 4 ounce knives drive you crazy with weight, then the ZT line is not for you.
I have the 0200, 0301 and 0500 and have had no problem at all carrying them. I use the clip on the 0200 and 0301, and I in-pocket carry the 0500.
