Got my new sword... AK47

Can I see also??
I would like to see a Busse sword, with a traditional Japanese blade geometry, do some cutting.

I'm going to necro this thread to respond to Falar.

You can get a better deal direct from the busse custom shop than you'll EVER get buying on the secondary market. These blades go up in value, not down.

They're expensive, but i can't imagine any normal use that would ever damage one. Pm me if you want to know what mine cost me from the custom shop

I know about the custom shop, thought about using it from time to time for other out of production pieces but always end up paying the $econdary market price$. I hear that there is often quite a wait and they can be hard to get ahold of also (another reason I hesitate to send a few older users in for the "spa treatment").

It doesn't look like you mentioned who made that amazing scabbard though. Who/how much? Is that their logo or did you have them put in that celtic knot/valknut type symbol?

The sheath was made by Chuddy Bear. It was one of several that i got from him, although that one is by far the fanciest. His pricing is actually pretty great. With the harness and shipping it was less than $200 if i remember correctly

yep, sword hangs securely on my back with the handle over my right shoulder. No problem drawing quickly one handed.

I worked with Chuck (Chuddy Bear) to design it just how i wanted. It's easy to put on and fast to take off. No buckles. Just 2 snaps that can be opened in under a second
