Unbelievable.... not only has a damn chip on blade but get this...the handle has marks where the clip was...and the clip is on the other side. looks like a lefty carried it!

Damn...it's going back, not even dealing with this seller!
Now I got to find another place to find my new talon II.
 
No offence man. But this isn't really the place for this kind of thread. If you have a problem with the seller you should contact them and explain your frustration. I understand what its like to get a knife worse than described. But this kind of thread is really more for GBU. I hope everything works out for you.
 
The chip on the blade is from the blade hitting one of the barrel spacers, you just have to sharpen it out a bit.

But it doesn't sound like you got a new one... yeah.
 
This isn't Kershaw's problem, it's the seller's issue so this should be in GBU. I got my Talon II on the exchange and it's fantastic, and I knew I was getting it used.
