Here is one I sold recently.

Here is a T-Bot which is different from the Ti-Bot that it is made of mostly textured G10.

One of the advantages to owning one of those things is that you could offer an attacker a choice, either I hit you in the head with this or buy you a cold one and I use this to open it.

That's what I had figured, cool to see an actual picture, though.

Garageboy... email me at lucky42bob at yahoo, I'll stop taking up these nice people's space/time.

Thanks for posting the pics, its one of those things where I had visualized it, but seeing it makes it much clearer. Much appreciated.

GarageBoy, I have a similar tabletop CNC mill with a rotary axis. Mine was made by www.MicroKinetics.com I'm real pleased with mine. I use it to engrave designs (or serrations) on the sides of titanium rings. I have a real machining center to do the big stuff too.

The TiBot looks like a great niche market. Congrats to the manufacturer.

Folks... I picked up one of these after the good praise on it.

But I tell you that I can barely open a bottle with mine... now I know that bottle opening is a secondary application, but its hard to tell someone its a bottle opener if you can barely open a bottle with it. I've basically had to pry the cap a little bit, then pry it again once I get it moving to pull it off. Bascially it's a good bit of work to pop the top off a bottle. Any tips, or is that just the way the Ti-Bots are?

I guess It's possible I was using it wrong, but I find that hard to believe, it being a bottle opener, and myself having worked almost 4 full years in the Bar scene.

For those with the T-Bot's are you able to remove a Bottle Cap in one fluid motion, or does it take a little bit of work? If mine is typical, its no big deal, but if not, I'll look to send it in.

AS I stated before, my T-Bot tends to require one motion to lift the cap, and another repositioning to remove the cap itself.

Are these still made and sold?

Nope. There was talk about another run, if that happened I haven't heard about it.
They are highly collectible and if seen on the secondary market they get a good price and sell fast.
