Got my Trident folder today!

congrats dude. It's nice to have. I never use it though. Still, it's nice to have :)
 
I just got mine yesterday (January 15). Very lightweight. Its the perfect size for a folding knife IMO.I like it alot.
 
I got one the other day as well. It is a fun knife to open (my first assisted opener). The handle design is very ergonomic and just plain cool looking. Which blade design did you get, dberry?
 
I got a half serrated tiger striped one,great knife. I have actually used the groove feature a few times already, not alot of love for the groove it seems.
 
I was wondering if the groove would really cut a seat belt but I don't want to cut mine to find out.
 
I too got my trident the other day from a canadian ebay seller. I got digi camo w/black blade. VERY nice knife for the price I paid. I am impressed by how light weight and thin it is. Arc lock seems to work effortlessly with no hiccups and assisted open is smooth.
 
I have not cut a seat belt nor am I going to but it has cut some 550 cord and a t shirt I had lying around. The groove feature works but it is awkward to use and alot of muscle is required as well as a very sharp blade but a good feature though.
